The Site is dedicated to providing information about and manage registrations for the International Rubber Conference 2024 (the “Conference”).   1. General Browsing: You may visit our site anonymously although Functional cookies are used to identify your session.   2. Newsletter: If you subscribe to updates about the Conference via the “Subscribe” buttons in the Site, we collect your email address in order to keep you up to date with the latest news about the Conference.

  4. Member Data: We collect the email addresses of users who sign up as members, as well as first and last names, affiliations and phone numbers of members who wish to add this information to their accounts.

  5. Billing Data: In order to issue an invoice for paid services, we also need to collect additional contact details about you or your business, such as contact address, business name, and business activity.

  6. Payment Information: We do not collect or store your credit card information. Payments are processed through the iyzico payment system and we store only the transaction IDs.

  7. Abstracts: As part of the registration for the Conference, you may submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. These abstracts may contain sensitive and confidential information that is not personally identifiable. We handle these documents with strict confidentiality and use them solely for the purpose of evaluation by our Scientific Committee. The abstracts are accessed only by authorized personnel involved in the organization and evaluation process of the Conference.
